Noodles Pakodi


Ingredients For Noodles Pakodi:
  • Noodles                                                   1/2 kg
  • Onion                                                      1
  • Green Chilies                                         3
  • Ginger                                                    Small Piece
  • Garlic                                                       4 Pieces
  • Coriander Leaves                                Small Bunch
  • Chick Pea Flour  (senaga pindi)    1/4 cup
  • Rice Flour                                              2 tea spoons
  • Tumeric Powder                                 1/2 tea spoon
  • Water,salt                                             Take Enogh
  • Oil                                                           Enough For Deep Fry

Procedure  For Noodles Pakodi :
1)  Boil the noodles and separate the water from it .
2)Chop the onions fine
3)now in a bowl take chopped onions,curry leaves,coriander,chopped green chili,ginger and mix all of them well
4)Now add rice flour,chick pea flour(senaga pindi),baking soda,red chili powder,tumeric powder,salt and mix them well.
5)Now add noodles and mix them well add little water so that it will be mixed well
6)now heat the oil in a deep bowl and fry this lump(noodle mixture)as we do for pakodi untill brownish color appears.
Best serve with tomato sauce or chutney
